We have a 14-day return policy.

To request a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

The quickest way you can return the item is to exchange it and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Within the EU there is a 14-day right of return

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As previously described, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was accepted. If returned, you will automatically receive a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
